Step 1 Download and install the app
Get the installer of Mac Screen Grabber Pro from the official website of Acethinker, which is acethinker.com. After the download is complete, run the installer and follow the setup wizard.

Step 2 Create an account
After installation, launch the tool, and the "Login" window will appear. For first time users, click the "Signup" button and then enter the required information to the required fields. A simpler way to create an account is by using an existing account from either "Google," "Facebook," and "Twitter." Simply click the respective icon of your choice, and then log in from the new window that will appear. On the other hand, for paid users, they will have to provide the activation codes that they received when they purchased the tool from the website. To do so, click the "Dropdown" arrow beside the username, and then choose "Activate" from the menu that will appear. Enter the license codes to the space provided and click the "OK" button. A notification will appear informing you that the activation is successful, and click the "OK" button to exit the notification window.
Configure the Settings
Basic Settings: This section contains the basic options that are essential when recording.
Floating Toolbar: This section gives you the option to hide the toolbar when recording starts or keep it present. This is important, especially for people who record the entire screen and do not want anything on their desktop. This also allows you to toggle the settings of the mouse pointer while recording.
File Management: Under this option, you can designate the location where all the recorded files will be saved. This is essential for videos to be organized.
Quality Settings: On this tab, you can select the optimum settings for the video output based on your preference.
When you are ready to start the recording process, go to the Recording toolbar, and start by choosing between full screen, or customized screen.
Step 1 Choose the recording mode
Choose the recording mode by selecting which recording mode to use, Fullscreen, or Region. There is a default screen size available to help you choose the right screen size to capture.
Step 2 Select the Audio Source
Next is to select which audio source to use for the video, you can plug a microphone and use it to do voice over, or use the system sound, or both.
Step 3 Record a webcam video
If you have a webcam installed, you can use it to record your surrounding like a regular video camera.
Step 4 Start the recording process
To commence recording, simply click the "Record" button, and the countdown will start. While the recording is in progress, the toolbar will appear depending on your settings. The toolbar has different options that can enhance the video output. It also houses the "Pause" and "Stop" button, which are important when recording the screen.
Step 5 Add annotations and end the recording
Depending on what type of video you are making, the "Pen" button allows you to add notes and other figures on the video. This is essential for instructional videos since it can be used to add more emphasis to the topic and instructions. To finish the recording, you can click the Stop button that is present on the toolbar. Play and locate the file. Once the recording is finished, you can choose to watch the video from the tool's preview panel. On the other hand, you can go directly to where it is saved by clicking the Folder icon.
Schedule a Recording Task
Aside from recording manually, you can also schedule a task for the future. Under the task scheduler, you can set a date and time when the tool will automatically start recording without human intervention. This is handy when you need to go out but want to watch something online.
Upload Recorded Videos
Screen Grabber Pro allows you to directly upload the videos that you captured using the Upload button. This has a list of video sharing sites that you can choose from. This is pretty convenient for people who want to keep their channels updated from time to time.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a network used to transfer files from one PC to another using the same networks. This is a very convenient way to transfer files since you are sure that the recipient is trusted.
2. Upload to YouTube
Without a doubt, this is the number one video sharing site that comes to mind when uploading. Screen Grabber Pro can directly upload the video to YouTube. Just select it from the list and enter the right information and click Upload.
Screen Grabber Pro can also take screenshots on your screen. It is pretty simple to use, just look for the Screenshot option on the toolbar, and select the part of the screen that you want to capture. You can directly edit the screenshot that you captured by clicking the draw button.
Change tool language

To change the tool language, just open the "Settings" window from the main interface.
