Step 1 Download Screen Grabber Pro
The first thing you need to do before you can start recording is to download the app. Just visit the AceThinker Screen Grabber Pro official website to get the tool, or click one of the "Download" buttons below to get the installer. Then, follow the installation wizard to install the app.

Step 2 Start recording
Next, after you install the tool, launch it, then click the “Record” button to see the list of available video outputs. You can choose from Full-screen view and Regional mode, and you can also record audio only, or record using an external webcam. Once you pick one video output, it will automatically start recording.
Step 3 Put annotations
With Screen Grabber Pro, you can enhance your recordings by clicking the “Brush icon” button from the floating toolbar. By doing that, it will show you the built-in editing that this tool has. You can use those enhancing tools to draw shapes, lines, put texts, and more.
Step 4 Stop recording
Once done, click the “Stop” button from the toolbar to end the recording. The recorded video will automatically be saved on your PC.
Step 5 Locate your video
To find the file location of the recorded video, select the file and click the folder icon button at the lower part of the tool's interface. It will instantly redirect you to its file location.
Step 6 Start uploading videos
You can upload all the video recordings by selecting the video, and right click on it. From the list, you will see the “Share” button. Then, choose one of the video streaming sites like ShowMore, YouTube, and Vimeo.
Step 7 Choose video streaming site
After you select the video streaming sites, it will ask you to put Title, Description, Tags, Categories, and it will ask you if you to upload it in Public or Private. After that, press “OK” to start uploading.

Step 2 Start screencasting
Next, you can select an area of the recording, or just record it in full screen by clicking the "Monitor" icon button or the "Crop" button from the floating toolbar. Then, click the red "REC" button to start recording.
Step 3 Enhance your recording
To put annotations on your video recording, click the "Brush" icon button and it will show its built-in editing tool. You can draw shapes, lines, and put texts while recording.
Step 4 Done recording
Once done, simply click the "Stop" button from the toolbar to end the recording.
Step 5 Locate the recorded file
You can locate the file location of all the video recording by selecting the file, and click the "Folder" icon button within the tool.
Step 6 Upload your recording
After you record your screen display, you can upload your video by clicking the "Upload icon" button from the lower part of the tool. You can choose different video streaming sites provided by Screen Grabber Pro.
Step 7 Complete uploading
Lastly, after you choose one of the video streaming sites, you put a name, Description, and Tags on your video, then click the "Upload" button to start uploading.
